CarbonEES uses artificial intelligence tools, including Claude AI (developed by Anthropic), to assist in the analysis and calibration of certain data processed as part of our services. These AI-assisted processes are used alongside, and in conjunction with, e-bench software and the professional judgement of our qualified consultants.

AI tools are used to support — not replace — human expertise. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed, verified, and, where necessary, adjusted by our consultants before being relied upon or provided to clients. Final analysis, calibration decisions, and recommendations remain the responsibility of CarbonEES and our team.

No personally identifiable or commercially sensitive client data is shared with third-party AI providers except as reasonably necessary to perform the services described in this agreement, and in accordance with our Privacy Policy [and Anthropic's own data handling and usage policies, available at anthropic.com].

By engaging CarbonEES's services, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI tools, including Claude AI, as part of our data analysis and calibration process.
