

Helping the penguins on Matiu Somes Island
Yesterday the Carbon EMS team took the ferry to Matiu Somes Island to do some volunteer work with the Conservation Volunteers. Carbon EMS have sponsored a programme with the Little Blue Penguins, and this was our first day of working in this area. Welcome to our first Innovations newsletter. Hopefully you will enjoy reading about these innovations as much as we did. There were so many of recent interest to us we decided to put them all together for some light holiday reading. Geo40 is looking at the next step in the technical and commercial production of battery-grade lithium in the central North Island.
